Strawberry Lavender Sundae

• 1-8 oz. Jar of Carlsbad Gourmet Lavender Jelly

• 1 - Pint Fresh Sliced Strawberries

• Vanilla Ice Cream

• Angel Food Cake

• Whipped Cream

• Chocolate Syrup

Directions

Place 1-2 oz of Lavender Jelly in a pan over medium heat until Lavender Jelly melts down. Add sliced strawberries and sauté in the Lavender Jelly for 5 to 10 min. until strawberries start to soften and the juices blend to a golden red color. Remove from heat and serve warm over vanilla ice cream with a slice of angel food cake and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
