Strawberry Black Walnut Stuffing


  • 1 cup Butter or Margarine

  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped Celery (Stalks and leaves)

  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onion

  • 9 cups Soft Bread Cubes (about 15 slices bread) or Corn Bread Cubes

  • 1 Jar Carlsbad Gourmet Strawberry Black Walnut Spread

  • 2 tbsps Chopped Fresh or 1 tsp Dried Sage Leave

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh or 1 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves

  • 1/2 tsps Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper​



Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.

Cook celery and onion in butter, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.

Stir in about one-third of bread cubes.

Place celery mixture in bowl.

Add remaining bread cubes and ingredients; toss.

Stuff turkey just before roasting.

9 cups of stuffing enough for a 12 pound turkey.
