Legoland - Mini Strawberry Fruitizza
Ingredients

8 oz. pizza dough

4 oz. Carlsbad Gourmet Strawberry Jam

1 oz. unsalted butter
-
4oz sweet Italian Mascarpone Cheese or Cream Cheese

2 whole Carlsbad Strawberries

Kiwi is optional (but really does look like green bell peppers).
Directions
For the streusel you will need
¬Ω cup flour,
¬Ω cup brown sugar, and
¬Ω cup unsalted butter.

Follow your favorite pizza dough recipe and form into two dough balls and stretch into 4” circles. Preheat oven and cookie sheet pan to 450. Spread ½ teaspoon of melted butter on each circle of dough. With a spoon, spread 2oz of Carlsbad Gourmet Strawberry Jam onto each one to resemble pizza sauce. Add 2oz of sweet Italian Mascarpone or Cream Cheese on top of the jam. Sprinkle streusel covering the cheese. Place both Fruitizza’s on the cookie sheet pan and bake for 4-5 minutes. Some ovens may vary in time; however, the Fruitizza should become golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool for five minutes or until they are safe to touch.
Slice some strawberries in round circles to look like pepperoni, and some Kiwi into thin strips to resemble green bell peppers, and decorate any way you like. Remember to be safe and have fun..
