Chicken Vegetable Curry
4 - Cups of Water
2 - Chicken Breasts (Cut in Small Pieces)
2 - Potatoes (Medium Size, Cubed)
3 - Carrots (Medium Size, Sliced)
3 - Celery Stalks (Sliced)
1 - Yellow Onions (Medium Size, Diced)
½ - Green Bell Peppers (Diced)
¼ - Red Bell Peppers (Diced)
1 - Clove Garlic (Pureed)
1 - Jalapeno (optional) (Diced)
1 - bottle Stone Ruination IPA Curry Mustard Grilling Sauce
Salt (to Taste)
Pepper (to Taste)
Rice or Pasta (optional)
Bring water to boil.
Place Chicken, Onions and Garlic into water and cook for 10 minutes
then stir in Potatoes, Carrots, Celery, Bell Peppers and Jalapeno (Optional).
Lower heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
Add Stone Ruination IPA Curry Mustard Grilling Sauce and Salt and Pepper to taste.
Lower heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve over Rice or Pasta. Enjoy!
