Don’t forget to try our Strawberry Hot Sauce, Ruby Red Strawberry Bar-B-Que Sauce, Strawberry Honey Mustard Salad Dressing or our incredibly tasting Strawberry Ginger Mustard. Over 25% of the ingredients in our Strawberry Hot Sauce are Fresh California Strawberries. First, you’ll taste the “Sweet” from the fresh strawberries, and then the “Heat” from the fresh Habañeros.
We use a local Micro-brewed beer, “Pale Ale,” from Green Flash Brewery in our Ruby Red Strawberry Bar-B-Que Sauce. After we bake out the alcohol, we add the sugar from strawberries to sweeten our Bar-B-Que sauce. The combination of these two local flavors creates a “Taste Like No Other!”
